Personal Care Assistance
We offer hands-on support with essential daily activities, including:

Home & Environmental Support
We help maintain a clean and safe living environment through:
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes

• Trash removal

Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support

Medication Reminders

Who Qualifies for PAS Services?
PAS services are available to individuals who:
• Receive Medicaid (STAR+PLUS or other approved programs)
• Need help with activities of daily living
• Have physical, cognitive, or age-related limitations
• Prefer to remain in their home instead of entering a facility
If someone qualifies medically and financially for Medicaid, these services are provided at no cost.
